Tiny Navajo Reads: Top Ten Summer Reads

4

June 25, 2019 by TinyNavajo

Hi guys! It’s time for another Top Ten Tuesday! TTT was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.

This week’s theme is about the ten books that I hope to read throughout the summer. Granted, I read a lot, and that doesn’t always mean I have books I hope to read because I voraciously read EVERYTHING! But I do have some things on hold at the library, and some things I hope to read in general.

The Song of the Jade Lily by Kirsty Manning

Animosity, Vol. 2: The Dragon by Marguerite Bennett

The Kingdom by Jess Rothenberg

Pride by Ibi Zoboi

Girls with Sharp Sticks by Suzanne Young

Into the Drowning Deep by Mira Grant

The Weight of Ink by Rachel Kadish

All the Crooked Saints by Maggie Stiefvater

Ink, Iron, and Glass by Gwendolyn Clare

The Black Prism by Brent Weeks

Now, if I actually get around to reading these books, that will be a different thing. I truly do hope that I end up reading some of these books. Some of been waiting a while as well as some have been new additions, so as this summer continues along I’ll have to see what I can do.

What books do you want to read this summer? How many do you hope to read this summer? Comment below and let me know!

  1. I’ve been trying to read Girls With Sharp Sticks forever. Before I know it, back to the library it will go and I’ll gave to go back on the hold list! Too many books I tell ya. Hope you manage to get to all of these!

Thanks! I hope to get around to all of them as well. But that’s the good thing about libraries, you can always request books again!

Honestly, I’m curious about all of the books on your list this week! You did a good job with this post, so thank you for that. 🙂
